Ethical Business Practices in the modern-day technology driven real estate industry, including issues of accuracy and validity of information portrayed through social media and other marketing platforms, the emergence of shared and private multiple listing systems, inventory shortages, sky-rocketing market value increases affecting valuation and appraisal practices, as well as other areas of concern generated by fast-paced housing and rental markets.

7-Hour NUSPAP Update
Course Date : 6/27
Check-In Time : 8:00 AM: Student's required course materials must be examined by instructional/admin staff at check-in.
Instruction: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Prerequisite: Existing appraisers; no exam: 7 CE Credits for appraisers and assessors..
Call-ins cannot be honored so please remit your registration form by fax or email provided on form. This fee includes Student Workbook, but does not include a full NUSPAP text.
Each student must be in possession of a current edition of NUSPAP 2020-21 Update or will be required to purchase a paper copy of the current manual at the door ($65.00). Students without a digital ebook version or paper copy of the manual will not be admitted to the class and will not be eligible for a tuition refund.
*Digital devices may log-in to Cusack Center network, however Cusack Center is not responsible for device or ebook failures.
This course will run subject to sufficient enrollment based on preregistered students.
