7-Hour NUSPAP Update
Course Date : 3/03
Check-In Time : 8:00 AM: Student's required course materials must be examined by instructional/admin staff at check-in.
Instruction: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Prerequisite: Existing appraisers; no exam: 7 CE Credits for appraisers and assessors..
All students must be in possession of a current edition of NUSPAP 2020-21 Update or will be required to purchase a paper copy of this manual at the door ($75.00). Students without a full digital ebook* or paper copy of the manual will not be admitted to the class and will not be eligible for a tuition refund.
*Digital ebooks must be a local download to students device as network connectivity is not avaiable during hours of instruction. Cusack Center is not responsible for device or ebook failures.

The Economics of Murals (2 hours CE)

The world-famous Albright-Knox Art Gallery is a major sponsor of public art in Buffalo and neighborhoods are benefiting. This class will show examples of murals in Buffalo and discuss their impact in terms of valuation for individual building owners and neighborhoods. The impact on government ordinances and policies will be considered.
Spoghtlight on Style: Arts & Craft (2 hours CE)

The Arts and Crafts movement was an international trend in the decorative and fine arts that began in Britain and flourished in Europe and North America between about 1880 and 1920. American Arts & Crafts substyles include American Foursquare, Prairie and Bungalows, each of which has fine examples in Buffalo which will be explored in this virtual tour.
