7-Hour NUSPAP Update
Course Date : 2/26
Check-In Time : 8:00 AM: Student's required course materials must be examined by instructional/admin staff at check-in.
Instruction: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Prerequisite: Existing appraisers; no exam: 7 CE Credits for appraisers and assessors..
Advance prepaid tuition is $125.00, until discount cutoff on 2/15/19 at 5:00 pm. Call-ins cannot be honored. This fee does not include text.
All students must be in possession of a current edition of NUSPAP 2018-19 Update or will be required to purchase a paper copy of this manual at the door ($80.00). Students without a digital ebook* or paper copy of the manual will not be admitted to the class and will not be eligible for a tuition refund.
*Digital ebooks must be a local download to students device as network connectivity is not avaiable during hours of instruction. Cusack Center is not responsible for device or ebook failures.
Cancellation Policy:
This cancellation policy shall supersede any other policy offered by Cusack Center (i.e. on its standard registration form). Tuition for this class is fully refundable by written request until 2/22/19 @ 5:00 PM, after which time a letter of credit will be issued. This credit can be applied toward the prevailing course fee of a future NUSPAP course valid within the terms of the credit expiration date.
All vouchers or municipal authorizations to reimburse do not qualify as prepayments and are not eligible for discounts, however direct payees may seek reimbursement subsequently. Any & all registration forms received after cutoff or same-day walk-ins will be charged $199.00 as indicated above.
This course will run subject to sufficient enrollment based on preregistered students.
