NUSPAP 7 - 2018-2019 Update

Instruction: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM.
Latecomers will not be admitted.
Prerequisite: Existing appraisers & Assessors; no exam.
Advance prepaid tuition is $199.00 Advance enrollment cutoff is 11/17/17 at 5:00 pm.
The following refund policy supercedes any other published refund policy such as appears on Cusack Center generic registration form. This program offering is fully refundable until 11/17/17 @ 5:00 PM, after which time a letter of credit will be issued which can be applied toward a future NUSPAP course; an adjusted balance may be due at that time. Discount applies only to this course offering and is subject to change.
All vouchers or municipal authorizations to reimburse do not qualify, however direct payees may seek reimbursement subsequently. Any & all registration forms received after cutoff or same-day walk-ins will be charged $219.00 as indicated above. This seminar will examine individual property rights and the power of government to take property "for the public good." It will also examine the question "when does government denial of a property owner's use become a public taking" as in the recent example of the NYS ruling on hydrofracking. The original Fifth Amendment "Taking Clause" provisions will be contrasted with several modern-day cases as they have been decided.
