NUSPAP 7 - 2018-2019 Update
Course Date : 11/26
Check-In Time : 8:00 AM
Instruction: 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
Latecomers can not be admitted. Students without textbooks cannot be admitted. Textbooks are available for purchase ($75.00) at check-in.
Prerequisite: Existing appraisers & Assessors; no exam.
Advance prepaid tuition is $125.00 Advance enrollment cutoff is 11/15/19 at 5:00 pm.
The following refund policy supercedes any other published refund policy such as appears on Cusack Center generic registration form. This program offering is fully refundable until 11/22/19 @ 5:00 PM, after which time a letter of credit will be issued which can be applied toward a future NUSPAP course; an adjusted balance may be due at that time.
All vouchers or municipal authorizations to reimburse do not qualify, however direct payees may seek reimbursement subsequently. Any & all registration forms received after cutoff or same-day walk-ins will be charged $199.00 not including text as indicated above. This course will run subject to sufficient enrollment based on preregistered students.

Fair Housing Patterns & Fair Housing Laws
Mandatory Fair Housing requirement for all Real Estate Licensees every two-year license renewal period. Discussion will include protected classes, compliance with Fair Housing laws at the federal, state and local levels of government. Local case studies will include fines and sanctions resulting from owner and real estate practitioner violations. Open to the public.

Agency & the Real Estate Transaction
Satisfies the mandatory NYS Agency in real estate requirement.
This applied agency class will review how the performance of agency duties can affect an agent's rights to compensation in a real estate transaction and how the same can be jeopardized when not implemented with care. Actual case study discussion will include the consequences of failure to disclose, buyer offers through other parties and navigating competitive multiple offer situations. License law and procuring cause issues will be examined as part of a peer reviewed decision making process.
