Prices & Other Useful Information Additional PC Resources PERSONAL COACHING TIME Need extra help? It's like having your own personal PC coach! Earn while you learn! Accumulate one free hour of Personal Coaching Time for every three (3) hours of paid classroom instruction taken at our center. Personal Coaching applies to any topic taken and may be used subsequent to classroom instruction. Accrued time is valid for six (6) months from course completion. However, it is most effectively used within three (3) weeks from time of instruction. Want more time? Additional time may be purchased at a rate of $30/hour for basic training, $40/hour for intermediate training, and $50/hour for advanced or custom training. Discounted bulk time may also be purchased through your account representative. Personal Coaching Time is scheduled by appointment, based on room and staff availability. CUSTOM CORPORATE TRAINING If there is an application you'd like to learn that isn't offered by open enrollment or scheduled at a time when you are available, we'll team you up with an expert coach at your convenience. Hourly rates or discounted time blocks are available by request. CANCELLATIONS A student must contact the center 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Non-compliant cancellations will be eligible for a letter of credit which will be honored for 6 months from the cancellation date. KEYBOARDING Need extra practice? If your "hunt and peck" typing skills are slowing you down in class or on the job, try our interactive virtual classroom software to improve your keyboard speed and accuracy. Use your accumulated Personal Coaching Time or pay per hour to develop and improve your keyboarding skills.
