An 11.25 Hour Home Inspection & Appraosal Continuing Education course. Upon completion of this class, participants will be able to identify architectural styles and recognize both exterior and interior features descriptive of a particular style. Actual examples of styles will be discussed and located in the lecture portion of this seminar. The guided field inspection portion of this class includes a comprehensive examination of structure and function of a particular style, conducted at the selected site.
